2. Payment & Booking Policies

A. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Squarespace. No financial information is stored on our servers.

B. No Refunds

All purchases, including intuitive readings, tarot sessions, and text-based subscriptions, are final and non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please contact kittpenfold@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your session.

C. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Use of Services & Website

A. No Unauthorized Use

You may not use this Site or Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. You agree not to:
